1. Grant of License BobsEvents grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Music Bingo and or Trivia Hosting software. or our Streaming Music Bingo Streaming Site. This license is for one physical location per subscription. If you host at multiple venues, a separate subscription is required for each.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- The Content: All trivia questions, clue sheets, music bingo patterns, and digital media are the sole property of BobsEvents.
- The Code: You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of either the Trivia hosting software , MusicBingo Software or ESP32-based control systems from other designs.
- Anti-Scraping: Any automated extraction of the trivia database is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
3. Restrictions on Use (The “Anti-Resell” Clause) You are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing BobsEvents content to third parties.
- Sharing your “Host Dashboard” credentials or “Secret Page” passwords with non-employees.
- Recording or broadcasting the trivia/bingo sessions for commercial use outside of the licensed venue.
4. Subscription & Payments
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly/yearly basis.
- Taxes: Sales tax (including West Virginia Sales Tax where applicable) is calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
- “As-Is”: The software is provided “As-Is.” While we strive for 100% uptime, BobsEvents is not responsible for local internet outages or hardware failures at your venue.
- Liability Cap: In no event shall BobsEvents’ liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Boone County, WV.
