Grant of License<\/strong> BobsEvents grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Music Bingo and or Trivia Hosting software. or our Streaming Music Bingo Streaming Site. This license is for <strong>one physical location per subscription<\/strong>. If you host at multiple venues, a separate subscription is required for each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Intellectual Property &amp; Ownership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Content:<\/strong> All trivia questions, clue sheets, music bingo patterns, and digital media are the sole property of BobsEvents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Code:<\/strong> You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of either the Trivia hosting software , MusicBingo Software or ESP32-based control systems from other designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anti-Scraping:<\/strong> Any automated extraction of the trivia database is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Restrictions on Use (The &#8220;Anti-Resell&#8221; Clause)<\/strong> You are strictly prohibited from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing BobsEvents content to third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing your &#8220;Host Dashboard&#8221; credentials or &#8220;Secret Page&#8221; passwords with non-employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recording or broadcasting the trivia\/bingo sessions for commercial use outside of the licensed venue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Subscription &amp; Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Billing:<\/strong> Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly\/yearly basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taxes:<\/strong> Sales tax (including West Virginia Sales Tax where applicable) is calculated at checkout based on your location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation:<\/strong> You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Disclaimer of Warranty &amp; Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&#8220;As-Is&#8221;:<\/strong> The software is provided &#8220;As-Is.&#8221; While we strive for 100% uptime, BobsEvents is not responsible for local internet outages or hardware failures at your venue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Liability Cap:<\/strong> In no event shall BobsEvents&#8217; liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Governing Law<\/strong> This agreement is governed by the laws of the <strong>State of West Virginia<\/strong>.
